All our beans are sourced through direct trade relationships with farmers in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala. We pay 30-50% above Fair Trade minimums and visit each farm annually. Our milk is sourced from a local dairy that practices regenerative agriculture. Alternative milks (oat, almond) are organic and barista-quality.
