Where Every Cup Tells A Story

Coffee is a conversation between soil, hands, and fire

Treeb started in a garage in 2024 with a single question: why does most specialty coffee taste the same?

We traveled to origin. We met farmers who've been perfecting their craft for generations. We learned that great coffee isn't about trends—it's about respect for the process.

Today, we roast small batches in-house, never more than 20kg at a time. We track every roast profile. We taste every batch. We refuse to scale if it means losing what makes coffee worth drinking.

Roasting as a Ritual

Our 12kg Probat roaster sits in the center of the shop. You can watch every roast happen in real-time. We profile each coffee individually—temperature curves, drum speed, airflow—all logged and refined over dozens of iterations.

01

Sourcing

Direct relationships with farmers. We visit every farm, cup every lot, and pay 30-50% above Fair Trade minimums.

02

Roasting

Small batches, custom profiles. We never roast more than what we can serve fresh within two weeks.

03

Brewing

Pour-over, espresso, cold brew—each method is chosen to highlight the coffee's natural character.

04

Serving

We'll tell you exactly what you're drinking: origin, process, roast date, and why we think you'll love it.

A Room Built for Coffee

Concrete floors. Exposed brick. Natural light from industrial windows. The space feels more like a workshop than a café—because that's what it is.

We designed it for two things: roasting coffee and sharing it with people who care. No laptops. No Wi-Fi. Just conversation and the sound of beans cracking in the drum.

✓ Open roastery viewing area
✓ Cupping sessions every Saturday
✓ Barista workshops monthly
✓ Rotating local artist exhibitions
